Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Interval Funds website (interval-funds.net) and the Interval Funds iOS app. The short version: we don't require an account and we don't collect personal information.
Information we do not collect
- No accounts, sign-ups, names, email addresses, or passwords.
- No advertising identifiers, and no cross-site or cross-app tracking.
- We do not sell or share personal data — we don't have any to sell or share.
Analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service. It records aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics such as page views, referring sites, country-level location, and device/browser type. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and is not used to identify individuals.
Notifications (iOS app)
If you enable redemption alerts, notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. There is no push server and no notification data is transmitted to us or anyone else. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
The app and the widget
The iOS app displays the Interval Funds website inside a web view, and the home-screen widget fetches publicly available interval-fund data derived from U.S. SEC filings. These features send no personal data; they only request the same public data the website shows.
Data we display
The fund and redemption information shown is derived from public U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings (Form N-23C-3). It is provided for informational purposes only, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not investment advice.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and the analytics described above.
- jsDelivr — a public CDN used to load charting libraries on some pages.
- Links to SEC.gov open the SEC's own website, which has its own privacy practices.
Children
The service is not directed to children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
